An 8% annual return on the invested sum is contractually agreed and can be assumed.
It is a beautiful hotel complex on 15,200 m2 right in the center of / Chiriqui.
The Interamericana can be reached by car in 3 minutes.
The facility is equipped with everything to satisfy your guests.
Air conditioning, hot water, satellite TV, telephone, 3-speed high-speed Internet, and a pool
of 17x7 meters and a larger pool measuring 35x8 meters.
The rooms have satellite TV with large flat screen TVs.
The larger rooms have been converted into suites and each have 2 to 3 double beds.
In one Suite there is space for 10 people in 2 separate bedrooms.
There are 6 bungalows and at least 10 more could be build in order to get even more out of your investment.
In addition to the bungalow complex, there is a garage for repairing cars and a horse stable for 6 horses with an adjacent pasture including a small river that crosses the finca at the outer end. This hotel complex gives you the opportunity on 1.5 Ha to realize everything that you have always wanted. The restaurant, and the 6 bungalows provide a solid foundation with which you can immediately start to make money from your investment.
