An 8% annual return on the invested sum is contractually agreed and can be assumed.
It is a beautiful hotel complex on 15,200 m2 right in the center of / Chiriqui.
The Interamericana can be reached by car in 3 minutes.
The facility is equipped with everything to satisfy your guests.
Air conditioning, hot water, satellite TV, telephone, 3-speed high-speed Internet, and a pool
of 17x7 meters and a larger pool measuring 35x8 meters.
The rooms have satellite TV with large flat screen TVs.
The larger rooms have been converted into suites and each have 2 to 3 double beds.
In one Suite there is space for 10 people in 2 separate bedrooms.
There are 6 bungalows and at least 10 more could be build in order to get even more out of your investment.
In addition to the bungalow complex, there is a garage for repairing cars and a horse stable for 6 horses with an adjacent pasture including a small river that crosses the finca at the outer end. This hotel complex gives you the opportunity on 1.5 Ha to realize everything that you have always wanted.
