Hotel Operations
We offer direct or indirect participation in the ownership company of a leased hotel in a well-known winter sports resort in Tyrol. The hotel impresses with its excellent location in the immediate vicinity of the cable cars to the ski area and the proximity to a glacier ski area. The hotel has a high occupancy rate and is very profitable. The guaranteed return on the investment is 6% (expected to be 10 to 15%). The maximum investment volume is EUR 1.00 million and can be divided into minimum shares or a multiple of EUR 100,000.
