Café operation with roasting

The café was founded in and has enjoyed a constantly growing popularity ever since. The previous pair of operators are looking for a working successor in franchise operations. The operation is fully equipped and very well staffed. The coffee is roasted on your own roasting machine, all the food is prepared on its own. The location in the centre of the city of is located at the beginning of the traffic-calmed pedestrian zone, sales are generated by the sale of roasted coffee as well as the on-site consumption of food and drinks in the shop. The café is particularly well suited for an active successor, in addition to a one-off takeover fee, a revenue-based monthly fee is then payable to the previous operator.
