I am looking for an investor to realize a supermarket. This is a successful local utility concept of a large food chain. Banks find it difficult to obtain financing in the food trade. I am a child's entrepreneur in the food trade and successfully run a small market in a rural location. Now I'd love to take the chance to take over a market with 750sqm. The location is located in a district with about 12500 inhabitants. There are 2 discounters but not a full-range supplier represented. Here I see very great potential, especially because of the proximity to the Dutch border. The investment is €500,000. Of this, €10,000 will be repaid after the first financial year. €50,000am is available as capital.
