we are looking for an investor or partner for a hostel project. A suitable object has been found which offers potential for increase. In the first step, a hostel project with 40 rooms (rooms and sanitary facilities are already available) would be planned, optionally double and 4 bed rooms. A positive preliminary building request has been made. The property is located directly in the city centre. A concept is created and ready for implementation. Unfortunately, the investor (for private reasons) jumped off me. The object and the location offer a lot of potential. The planned capital requirements are based on the concept, which is often explained in detail.
