A simple idea - created by demand. I have been working in the financial services and real estate sectors for 12 years. In the beginning, I sold real estate funds to retail investors, later real estate to investors. That it is quite reasonable to invest his money in "stones" is now clear to almost everyone, but who offers the possibilities? Mostly only people with higher income or equity...... If, for example, I only own €10,000, then I only have to buy a share in a real estate fund. But most retail investors are reluctant to do so because you don't know where your "hard-earned money" ends up (Asia, South America or whatever else is in the "coming"). Why not offer the retail investor a truly tangible alternative. A participation in an object on the "neighborhood", which you can also look at from the outside........
