We are looking for an active/active shareholding in a property developer company or a real estate trade. I myself was very successful for many years as Head of Sales and Marekting at one of the largest German prefabricated house manufacturers (increase in house sales from 312 to 1098 units p.a.) and am actually in a resting place recently, but I have not satisfied. I would like to make my experience and know-how available to a company from the above-case industry for a few more years, combined with a financial contribution up to a maximum of 120 thousand. which, however, should not serve as pure risikio capital. I would be happy about serious and real offers.
