I am looking for a partner to start a business. This involves the production and distribution of a new food product in the fast food/menu-like finished product. The product can be produced and distributed in at least 3 varieties. The markets are food retailing and petrol stations. Therefore, the product has great market potential. The concept has been developed to market maturity, and a suitable production hall is already available as a rental property. An investment of €300,000 is still required for the market launch. The project can also be financed by public funding. I am looking for a partner who has commercial training/experience and can have at least €30,000 in equity. In return, I offer a 50 percent share of the company - 51 percent, depending on the situation.
