The maximum possible opening time is 23 hours, 7 days a week. In , the restaurant was newly renovated. The restaurant is a local institution with an extremely high (positive) level of awareness. The turnover of the employees (currently 8 employees) is very low, the employees are integrated, know the guests and are very motivated.
