I am the owner of a taxi and car rental company in the south. Baden (80 km radius of ) and intends to sell the company.
The company consists of 17 vehicles and 51 employees. The company is located in an economically strong region with a very high quality of life and a very high leisure value.
After several strategic acquisitions of other taxi companies in the last 7 years, I have almost a monopoly position in the area. Due to its exceptional location, there is a balanced turnover structure with companies, tourists, public institutions and sick trips. Sales (order of magnitude 1 -1.5 million / EBITD 16 – 20% of sales) and profits have been growing continuously for years. Surpluses are also generated in the temporary sector. The analysis of the entire situation suggests a further, increasing success. There are plans for another business.
