Established furniture manufacturer in Italy sells shares
Forum arredamenti (family business) is active in the furniture and hotel equipment manufacturing segment. The company operates according to the principle of the supplier system, i.e. the products are not manufactured as classic in Germany in a company from A to Z, but numerous small and medium-sized suppliers take over individual steps in production. Forum's task is to select the suppliers, to make factory drawings and to always check the production steps. In the end, all parts in the company come together, are assembled there and finally controlled. This system achieves high-quality workmanship and comparatively low prices.
Currently, there is no sales activity in Germany. This would have to be reactivated.
