Because of plans to move abroad, I would like to sell my GmbH (IT / software) with a reduction of 2000 EUR on the share capital. It was active in Munich from the end of to the end of July this year, always with a good credit rating and profit this year. The GmbH has in he meanwhile moved to . There are currently no employees or activities. No assets. The taxes from the first seven months of 2020 in the amount of just under 11,000 still to be paid. We are only allowed to register and transfer these electronically in 2021, so it remains in the account with the share capital so that the new owner can settle them with their profit / loss or tax them. There is a bank account, a tax number and VAT ID no. There is an address for an office service with a secretary, but it can be canceled at any time before the sale. I have all the documents in electronic form. In paper form I have the last two notarial changes, the original articles of association, the last three tax assessments and various other documents. I have proof of creditworthiness from Creditreform.
