I am looking for participation in small companies that want to expand their market position with the help of additional capital. The capital may be contributed as equity through a direct participation or in the form of an atypical silent participation.
There is no specific industry focus. However, preference is given to traditional technical production companies, which can exhibit a few years of market activity, have a positive business development, show further development potential and are not threatened with insolvency. It is also important to have unique selling points for competitive differentiation, possibly a brand of its own and a motivated team with an innovation culture. A registered office in southern Germany is preferred.
The capital contributed can be used for further organic growth, but also for the repayment of loans or for the replacement of existing shareholders/investors. A majority shareholding is not sought.
