Internationally operating architectural firm in the heart of Munich is looking for successor/company participation.
Currently 3 permanently employed architects, GF with professorship at Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences, very good contacts to Africa. A complete takeover or a shareholding would be conceivable.
Solid customer base, including a large industrial partner.
Office in Munich with 24 workstations, high-quality interior, large conference room, fully equipped kitchen would be transferable, but not a condition.
Interesting lynotaby a loss carry-forward that entails a huge tax saving.
