Description
A well-established company with an increase in annual turnover for years has to be handed over for health reasons.
Healthy order volume, which is constantly increasing and is currently being processed by 7 employees who would have to be taken over.
In addition to private households, the clientele also includes companies and health and care funds.
The prospective buyer must, if he wants to take over the latter clientele and expand it, have an institution identifier or apply for it with the ARGE. He also needs an approval for settlement with the nursing funds in accordance with Section 45b SGB XI. However, this may be agreed by the seller, who has this approval of course, in the form of a cooperation partnership or hourly employment (max. 3 hours per day), so that the settlement with the care fund is ensured and no additional costs for the admission are incurred.
