Accommodation establishments
We are looking for small and medium-sized accommodation establishments with a need for a successor solution/restructuring/loss containment/diversification.
Many owners of small/family-run accommodation establishments (hotels, guesthouses/B&B's, apart-hotels, etc.) have already been in a predicament by Airbnb, but are now in crisis mode and/or have difficulty profitating. Even selling the company at a fair price or even finding a buyer at all seems impossible in the current situation or only at non-performing prices.
