Financial and Payroll Office
I would like to leave my existing financial and payroll accounting office, as I would like to orientate myself in a different professional way. At the moment I have a full-time employee and two hourly workers as on-call staff. The office is to be handed over completely, there are several workstations, it is all fully equipped.
Annual sales this year are expected to be around 250,000 thousand euros (a trend even higher). Software costs, rent, etc. monthly approx. 1500 to 2000 Euros, turnover monthly approx. 15 to 20 TE. By subletting various rooms in the office, the rent is almost free, only the software is the cost factor in this industry with the staff.
