Search for a successor for my franchise-managed store (backshop, kiosk, tickets, DHL) in a well-frequented train station in Düsseldorf.
The store has been operated by me for 9 years and has been in existence for 20 years. The store has been rebuilt and is in top condition. The turnover is 900 t€ + 600 t€ commission business. The frequency is between 800 - 1,000 customers/day. Vk area 120 sqm, storage and office space 120 sqm.
