The café opened last year in an interesting location right on the Wine Route. Despite this, the concept has been very well received, especially due to the great furnishings (e.B. 4.9 stars on Google with 54 reviews, 5 stars on Facebook) and it has quickly established itself.
Nevertheless, we would like to give up the café again for personal reasons. The successor awaits a fully equipped, newly renovated restaurant, with an exceptional outdoor area in an interesting location.
The interior can be seated with about 50 guests ( compliance with the distance regulation ). The location itself is leased, the lease can be taken over.
Current lease costs approx. 1,200 € gas and electricity of course extra depending on consumption.
The offer is ideal for someone with gastronomic experience who wants to get started directly without renovation/furnishing work.
It would also be possible to use only the inventory (tables, chairs, outdoor furniture, decoration, coffee maker, etc.
