We are looking for a successor for a restaurant / bistro with 24 seats inside, 25 seats outside. The area is a private area with 10 existing holiday apartments and about 52 rented apartments. The target group are residents and holiday guests of the complex but also and above all external holiday guests. The seasonal business is shifting significantly beyond the seasons due to the further development of the entire area. In the coming years, in addition to further apartments / rental and property in the bacon belt of Berlin as well as the further expansion in the holiday apartments with comprehensive wellness area, a high potential will be created here. Currently, the restaurant is operated as a sideline, this is due to the pandemic. Currently open from Thursday - Saturday. We would like to give up completely, including name and brand.
