we are looking for a company that is looking for a successor.
Whether because of age, health or death.
The following points are important to us:
- The daily tasks should be carried out by employees and the owner takes care of his managerial tasks. In most cases, then from 15 employees.
- We have experience with crafts, trade & online trade. Your company should be somewhere in these divisions.
- The handover to us should include a training period from the current owner (except in succession due to death... of course, this is not possible).
- We have already founded, scaled and sold several companies ourselves - GmbH & UG Recht are well known.
- Strong network is present
- Please only contact if the annual financial statements & Co. have been kept cleanly and neatly. This saves us time and energy.
