The company is a very well established, profitable and family-run company with the activity of trading in goods of all kinds, especially with hardware, tools, garden tools, garden furniture, paints, household items, ovens and machines.
The 25% share is to be sold due to the age of the shareholder willing to sell and the lack of family descendants. An active management activity is not associated with this, it is - unless otherwise agreed with the co-shareholders - a passive investment that generates constant annual surpluses.
