For health reasons, I want to sell my bike shop. The store has existed for well over 20 years. It is very central and heavily frequented. Opposite and next door are many shops. The store has about 35 m² of retail space plus basement, has a very cheap rent, The landlord would make a new lease and leave the old rent as it is. Store has a fully equipped workshop corner, many parts, accessories, helmets and so on, is handed over with total contents. The shop is known in the village and has many regular customers, can be managed very well by one person, ideal also for a start-up. Everything else then by and / or an appointment on site.
