Caretaker service

The company was founded by me in without a customer base, with increasing growth. Fixed private and commercial customers with contract periods of more than 1 year with the option of extension and expansion. Currently we are a 4 person strong team of : 2 full time caretaker and 1 full time office worker. We are currently looking for more employees, as the request is very high. We offer : caretaker service, green maintenance etc. We no longer offer building cleaning since 2022, but can be reactivated. In the business registration, the flowing trade is also entered, which is currently no longer available without a master craftsman's certificate. There are modern machines, a fleet of 4 vehicles and 1 tipper trailer. On request, a warehouse with about 500 square meters with office can be taken over. Sales are always rising and have even more upside potential. The company is sold because we want to emigrate.
