Focus: - Stationary facilities: from 80 places. - Assisted living: from 20 places. - Individual institutions and groups Radius: In principle, we search throughout Germany. In the federal states: -Baden-Württemberg -Bremen -Hamburg - North Rhine-Westphalia and -Saarland however, only if there are several facilities for sale there. Transaction: - Share deal (up to 100%) or asset deal - An experienced team of M&A / succession specialists oversees the entire sales process and integration.
