Kitchen Studio Kitchen Trade
The studio is known nationwide, so it has a stable and growing customer base. As a result, hardly any advertising expenditure is necessary. From planning to delivery and assembly, we handle everything ourselves in a functioning team.
The team currently consists of the owner and less than 10 employees including temporary staff.
The property is rented. The showroom has an attached warehouse and an external warehouse with loading ramp was additionally rented (distance to the showroom about 20 km).
It is taken over during operation, thus eliminating the difficult initial phase as good orders are already in advance.
The written turnover of the studio in the last 3 years amounted to between 1.5 and 2 million euros annually.
If required, the owner is available for an induction and transitional period. What is important to us is a successor with power, courage and reliability.
