Outdoor and Survival School Eifel

The outdoor and survival school has existed for 12 years and is debt-free. The company is currently run in ancillary business without permanent employees. The company is located near the Wittlich site in Rhineland-Palatinate. The existing survival area as a base camp can be leased. The area is about 3500m² and is located on two streams in nature. On it is a well thought-out shelter with fireplace and a toilet. Permits for the site have been obtained. The current annual turnover is about € 20,000 in the ancillary trade. The complete equipment to carry out the survival and outdoor courses is available and is part of the purchase price. Several survival courses with different skill levels as well as many outdoor programs have been developed and have been successful on the market for years. New ideas for courses are also in the "drawer". A change from secondary to full trade is absolutely possible due to the order situation.
