I sell my well-established and fully equipped bicycle shop for private reasons. The shop has existed for over 30 years and is the only one in the district. It is very centrally located and is heavily frequented. Opposite and next door are many shops. The shop has a sales area of approx. 253m² plus cellar, which is used as storage space. A fully equipped workshop (approx. 54m²), many spare parts, accessories, helmets and well-known main brands with territorial protection is sold. The transfer fee includes the complete equipment, inventory, leasing and cooperation partners as well as the customer base. Employees can be taken over.
