The rented premises (workshop, warehouse and break room, together approx. 100m², 1st floor, sanitary facilities available in the entrance area of the ground floor) are located on a commercial park directly on the main road in the immediate vicinity of a supermarket and a bakery in . The rental costs amount to 1720 Euro/month (INCLUDING heating costs, electricity costs, 3 parking spaces, as well as the cleaning of the staircase)
The equipment/furnishings, which can be taken over at a negotiable price, include everything that is needed to run a successful tailor's shop: A machine park from well-known manufacturers, which among other things.
