I am looking for a master craftsman (m/f/d) who is interested in taking over a successor to his or a company or has recently taken over. On the one hand, however, capital and, if necessary, knowledge in the field of corporate management, personnel recruitment or the like, are lacking or who would like to share the tasks in the management. I have been an entrepreneur for almost 30 years and have built up my company over the years and steered it through the various crises. Today, my company runs almost without me. Personally, however, I do not want to stand still. I have experience, capital and also some time left. My strengths lie in strategic corporate management, personnel recruitment and retention and sales. Although I almost always have an idea about products and niches – if necessary – I have hardly any technical know-how. That's why I'm looking for a technically experienced partner (m/f/d).
