TASK: The company, which focuses on the manufacture and sale of machines of all kinds, but in particular on products made with plastic, has been implementing innovative and particularly durable solutions for its customers for over 10 years. These come mainly from the construction sector and usually have to cope with very demanding, use-intensive work, for which the company sometimes supplies its own standard products or develops and produces individual products tailored to the problem area. This is a niche business in which the company has a very good reputation. The company is characterized by a high level of customer orientation, experience, efficiency and very good processes. The production takes place in-house, so that the quality is always directly under control. GOAL: The owner would like to withdraw from the company as an entrepreneur for private reasons. HISTORY: The company has been active on the market for over a decade, has constantly developed and adapted to the market.
