Campsite with extensive building stock and operator's apartment, located directly on the river Wümme, for sale. The campsite, which has been in existence since 1967, currently has 109 pitches for caravans or motorhomes, main house, barn, swimming pool, sauna and wildlife enclosure. The river Wümme borders directly on the area. In addition to motorhome tourists, cyclists and water hikers are also among the guests. Part of the offer is a large main building with living area on the upper floor and restaurant with reception area/shop on the ground floor. On the ground floor the usable area is about 249m² and on the upper floor the living space is about 194m². The building is in need of renovation. Part of the open space was used as a beer garden or for outdoor catering. Up to 40 seats are available in this area. The restaurant is currently closed.
