The company's headquarters are centrally located in Nuremberg, and what can be very interesting in this context is that I can make a rental offer for an apartment in the front building of the same property parallel to the purchase of the business.
The two-storey, single-use workshop building with 115 m² is a beautifully situated outbuilding, from which access extends at ground level to the hatched no-parking zone in front of the front building, which can be used by the company.
In the lower area of the workshop, pretty much everything that is required for daily use and needs is stored. On the upper floor there is the large, fully equipped office, two smaller storage rooms for (e.g.) New tools and other machines etc. and a laundry room with sink and two metal lockers.
