As an established medium-sized family business in the field of building cleaning, we are on an expansion course and intend to acquire an existing cleaning company. We are actively looking for a company in the area and the surrounding area that is for sale.
Our criteria for potential acquisition targets:
• Many years of experience and reputation in the commercial cleaning industry
• Stable customer base and proven sales development
• Location in the greater Rhine-Main area preferably Frankfurt
• Willingness to sell the company completely
