Second-hand shop
We sell second-hand on behalf of private customers on commission. Our turnover is secured on the one hand by shelf rental and on the other hand by a variable trading margin.
The monthly turnover was most recently €6,500 and could be doubled this month by deferring rent payments.
To do this, we need pre-financing in order to convert the contractually agreed commission commitments into liquid funds for the company.
The financing is to be set at €5,000 and is to be repaid with €6,000 for up to 60 days after the customers have paid commission (10% p.m.).
