The company on offer is a registered Spanish S.L. under German management and has been operating successfully for 17 years! The purpose of the company is the supply of fresh spring water, the rental or sale of water dispensers and the sale of all types of beverages. In , following a customer survey, we won the Iberian Business Award for our performance in this sector. The company is currently based in , roughly in the centre of the Costa del Sol, from where we serve our customers from Velez-Málaga to Sotogrande. We currently supply 550 customers, both private households and businesses. Communication is mainly (90%) in English, as our customer base comes from all parts of Europe. It is worth mentioning that the product is a consumer product, which is not ideal due to the potable water supply, especially in this region of Spain. In addition, as part of a healthy lifestyle, the quality of the drinking water required is becoming increasingly important to consumers, as the minerals contained in spring water are essential and absolutely necessary for the body. The warehouse covers 300 square metres and is rented. Two delivery vehicles are available for delivery (VW Crafter, , and Ford Transit, 2022), which are equipped with all amenities. Furthermore, all dispensers in use and approx. 3500 bottles are part of the inventory. This business has almost unlimited potential and the new owner will be earning from day one. With further activities, the number of customers can be increased quickly. A familiarisation period is of course guaranteed. The business is being offered for sale directly by the owners for reasons of age and health.
