Search for gastroenterologists. The work includes the research and optimization of the gut microbiota through targeted nutritional interventions. The aim is to develop a functional smoothie that promotes a balanced microbiome. The work includes a comprehensive literature review, laboratory analyses to determine microbial diversity and health, as well as the practical creation and testing of the smoothie. The smoothie will be tested on test subjects to evaluate its effects on the diversity of the microbiome and the health of the participants. Finally, the work should lead to the founding of a start-up, whereby the remuneration is provided by company shares. Close cooperation as well as a high degree of initiative and creativity are expected.
