Coworking space
We are currently looking for financing with a fixed interest rate of 10% and a revenue share of 10% to establish a coworking space.
We have a 210sqm store incl. warehouse in the city center and are currently successfully selling second-hand on commission and have managed to acquire the first contracts for coworking spaces in the amount of 120€/sqm.
Currently acquired:
- Advertising space/hair braiding 260€ p.m.
Potential:
- Embroidery machine, 3D printer, T-shirt printing

-Workshops
- Creative workshop (considerable demand)
Currently, we generate revenue exclusively from:
- Sale on commission (20% commission + 10€/month)
- Purchase of second-hand selected "cream goods" (50-90% gross profit) with a strongly increasing share of sales
Shop is becoming increasingly popular because the business model is novel and stands out as a USP in shared use.
