For reasons of age (70), I am looking for a suitable successor for my gym, which I have been running as a part-time job since , in the short to medium term. Suitable for start-ups. Member base 300+ available. The studio has a total area of 900m², training area and santal area 770m² and can be further expanded. It is a health-oriented studio without courses, sauna, solarium. A large free weight area, in which the strength athlete or bodybuilder can train, rounds off the offer of the large equipment park with Matrix, SportsArt and other equipment. My wish would be to continue to offer my members the opportunity for good training and to give a start-up the chance to get started right away and further expand the location.
