Tanning salon is looking for a successor
Due to illness, we unfortunately have to part with our tanning salon and are looking for a suitable successor.
The studio has been in existence for about 30 years and is located on a main street with free parking.
There are no other tanning salons within a radius of about 12km, therefore unrivaled with very good, stable sales.
Consisting of 8 cabins (all ergolines) with controls and software.
The shop is 200sqm. and still has enough space for expansion such as cosmetics area, etc.
Fixed income from Sun Club members. (Cancellable upon takeover)
No leasing contracts
