Bicycle shop
For our established bicycle shop with full range and e-bike specialist, we are looking for a successor by mid-2026 or earlier due to our age.
Our shop, founded in , is located in a small town (30,000 inhabitants) in a top location and we are the only bicycle shop in town, with a large customer base and unique selling point. The new premises (700 sqm) are rented with the option of the right of first refusal. The shop was built according to our needs and wishes and is divided as follows: sales room 390 sqm, warehouse 184 sqm (with truck access), workshop 85 sqm, social rooms 21sqm, office 16 sqm. The warehouse is equipped with heavy-duty racks and offers space for approx. 230 bicycle boxes. The workshop is fully equipped with electric assembly stands and four assembly stations and is run as a profit center with positive sales. The shop furnishings are new and we work with the Tridata merchandise management system.
