I am looking for investors for a company takeover who want to participate in a retail company. REVENUES: 2:8-3 million with an EBIT of approx. 900T.
I am aiming for a long-term cooperation, and the investor may already have knowledge of corporate management. The company is a streetwear fashion retailer that sells its products through its brick-and-mortar store as well as its own online store.
The company has a comprehensive product portfolio of over 4,200 products from over 80 well-known brands. 40% of sales are generated by shoes, especially sneakers, and about 40% by clothing, such as hoodies, T-shirts, etc. The company has an excellent outlet concept that has been successful for almost 30 years.
