Building cleaning, garden maintenance, caretaker service

A well-running caretaker/service company in the field of real estate management is offered. The company has been in existence since and counts mainly property management companies as well as private customers among its loyal customers. At the moment, the company employs five people, two full-time, one part-time and two others as mini-jobbers. The focus of the activities is on garden maintenance (care and cleaning of outdoor facilities) and building cleaning. (Staircase cleaning in apartment buildings. We also carry out the typical caretaker repairs, e.g. of locks, door handles, lighting, mailboxes, access routes, etc. In the winter months, winter maintenance is carried out at certain addresses. The majority of all places of activity (customer addresses) are located in the same district/district, always only 2-5 minutes away from each other, which allows short travel distances.
