We are selling our Irish pub with natural beer garden during ongoing business operations. Alternatively, a kind of hire purchase would also be conceivable.
The pub can NOT be operated as a kebab etc. It is an ongoing business, which will continue to be operated with appropriate personnel and expanded in terms of sales.
Due to staff shortages, we currently only operate it on 3 days and have pre-orders until mid-week.
The city of Saale has 240,000 inhabitants and is a university city. Our pub is located in the city center near the university campus/library.
We have 80 seats inside with a separate salon (separable for groups of up to 30 people) and 120 seats in the natural beer garden.
