Villa in the South Harz

we have been offered a listed villa in the southern Harz. We are looking for an investor for our property development company to be able to buy the villa. We have a sales department that sells the apartments within 6 months after the conversion from a guesthouse to a residential building. We are offering a silent partnership of €150,000. This will bear interest of 20% annually. The interest is paid out on 01.02. As soon as the apartments are sold, we will start with the renovation and put a new project in the planning. In this way, the return on the capital invested by the investor is secured.
