For sale is the franchise license and the know-how of a craft business for the renewal of silicone joints for the postcode areas 13 and 14 ( North, Potsdam and around Brandenburg a.d.H).
In Google Maps, these areas can be displayed by typing e.g. "13 germany".
This makes a daily turnover of about 500 to 700 euros net possible. The material costs included in this are low at about 5%. Often, other activities can be offered, in particular the cleaning and repair of tile joints.
Other employees are not included.
There is no master craftsman obligation.
Monthly costs include car costs, a flat-rate advertising fee from the franchisor (200 euros net per zip code area) and other advertising costs.
In the sales price of 8000 euros net plus VAT.
