Cable assembly

We are looking for an investor or strategic partner for the expansion of an established company in the field of cable assembly and electrotechnical assemblies. The company plans to set up or expand its own production company in Bulgaria in order to optimise production capacities and cost structures. The company has industry knowledge, existing customer contacts and operational experience in the field of cable assembly and the supplier industry. As part of the expansion, there is a temporary need for liquidity for: - Establishment and structuring of the new company - ERP/digitization measures - Production and operating resources - Working capital We are looking for investors, investment partners or strategic cooperations with a long-term interest in growth and production expansion.
