Our successful Thai massage studio, which has been an integral part of the pedestrian zone in the city centre for many years. We have decided to retire at the end of 2026 and are looking for a new owner. Takeover desired from mid-2026 and induction by us possible until around the end of 2026.

Visible and centrally located in the pedestrian area, just 4 minutes walk from an underground car park and 9 minutes from a car park.
Equipment:
The studio is exclusively furnished in Thai style and has a welcoming reception room and three cabins separated from the reception by an intermediate door. In addition, there is a kitchen, a toilet and an anteroom.
Technology:
A professional industrial and commercial washing machine is available for our commercial operation. Our sturdy massage benches made of tubular steel frame have a load capacity of up to 800 kg.
