We are a sole proprietorship (Austria) that was founded in February 2000. We started with the IT support of small and medium-sized enterprises in the traditional computer sector (networks, PC, servers, printers, firewall).
In Q4/2003 we started to unbundle a dialing office. Unbundling means that we can get a parking space in a dialing office/pre-selection area at Telekom Austria and set up our own devices there.
The advantages are that we can then determine the technology, products and prices ourselves independently of Telekom. The customer, who also looks after a large part of these business customers in the IT/EDV sector (network, server, PC's, security solutions), has the complete service from a single source.
When the demand for our Internet connections increased sharply with 2/3Q , I decided to offer appropriate Internet access in the private sector as well.
