Indoor and outdoor themed and adventure park on the Baltic Sea
In an exposed location within a popular holiday area, we plan a theme and adventure park of superlatives.
In addition to the holiday guests, we have a market of about 15 million registered club members in Europe for our chosen theme. The park will thus have supra-regional significance. The completely new concept offers a unique selling point.
The combination of hall and open air ensures year-round operation.
The concept, which is unique in its nature, requires only a fraction of the usual investments for plants of this kind to be implemented.
On a conservative view, therefore, the return will be 25%, probably well above that.
For the capital requirements of 10 million euros, we are looking for interested parties for a KG shareholding. A single investor is also welcome. A non-repayable grant (federal and state funds, EU) of up to 4 million euros is possible.
